Ramona was born in St. Petersburg Russia. She graduated with a Masters Degree in Music (harp performance) and Teaching (children and adults). Ramona first worked with the Lithuanian Symphony Orchestra Vilnius for three years, with the Mariinsky Theatre St. Petersburg for one year and with the Mussorsky-Michaelovsky Theatre St. Petersburg for fifteen years until 2010, and also toured with Orchestras worldwide including solo performances on over 4,000 occasions
Since coming to live in Ireland in 2010 (an Irish Citizen since 2015) Ramona plays in: Sligo Hospice, St. John’s Hospital, Summerville Nursing Home, Nazareth Nursing Home, Weddings, Special Occasions, Cathedrals, Churches, Hotels, Halls, Theatres and the Model Sligo, Carrick-on-Shannon Water Music Festival, Performs with Sligo Baroque Orchestra and Sligo Orpheous Choir, St. Patrick’s Church Strandhill(Sunday Masses). Ramona also played solo for TRH the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall at St. Columba’s Church Drumcliffe, Co Sligo on the 20th May 2015. Ramona has worked for Music Generation Sligo since 2014 teaching individual harp lessons and Harp Ensemble.
